Enter the Drifter: Lone Wolf

"I not much for comic books." She said looking to the shop then back to his with a big smile, "But if you want to, I don't see why not."

"Thanks, love." They got to the restaurant, and they sat down. A waitress came up to them, and asked if she could get us some drinks. "I'll just have some coffee. Loru?"

"I'll have some coffee too, if you can make it a peppermint chocolate one that would be very nice." Loru said with a smile, that was the only hot coffee she liked. "So Jax, your a werewolf?" she whispered with a smiled, "I was thinking how you could run so fast and that was the 3rd thing that came to mind."

"Ah ah ah, the correct term is lycan. Yea, I am. What were the first two?" The waitress came and set down their coffee, telling them that she'll be back to get their orders, and if they needed anything else to just let her know.

"Magic or rockets." the giggled, "I'm part vampire." she whispered, "But not here." she checked the time and it said 5:57 pm (btw im wearing the real watch.)

"... So you're one of those... Interesting..." The waitress came up and asked for their orders. "I'll have a bacon weave, with extra bacon, and a large basket of onion rings, with ranch."

"I'll have shrimp chow mein." she said (coffee and chow mein is odd combo but i like chow mein)

The waitress left, and a short while later they got their food. Jax took a huge bite, groaning in pleasure. Swallowing the food, he said, "I LOVE bacon! And onion rings!", grabbing one of the said delectables. "Do you want some?"

"No thank you, I'm good." she said as she smiled and continued to eat.

Jax finished his food quickly, not really having had such a good meal before. He waited until Loru had finished hers, then he asked, "Well, how about we get to know each other a little better?"

"Can I show you my secret then?" Loru asked (just say yes )

"Sure." Jax was intrigued. He hadn't met many cute girls before that he actually felt a connection with, and now here was one that when he was with her, things just clicked.

Loru took his hand and pressed her watch, they arrived in Raindrop Waterfall, "Tada, I am a Timekeeper and part Vampire in the old world." she said then smiled at him.

Jax was stunned! He had known that there was a Timekeeper in the area, but had been unable to locate them, when it turns out that he was dating her! And the shift! It was so sudden that he stumbled and nearly fell down. He shrugged his shoulders, settling the twin blades nestled there. He then realized that he was wearing his Lunaris Knight armor. Fuck! I hadn't wanted her to find out just now.

"So that is what you wear in the old world?" Loru said as she undid her braid, "Interesting armour, I never seen it before."

"Umm, yea... about that... there's something that I need to tell you..." Jax shifted uncomfortably. "Here, I kinda gathered a reputation for myself. Here, I am known as the Lunaris Knight, or more commonly, as the Warwolfe."

"Never heard of them." Loru said as she blinked, "I brought some berries." she pulled out a bag of berries and smiled, "They are very good."

Jax blinked. "You... haven't heard of me?" He was unsure whether or not to be relieved or insulted.

"Oh I did hear you, I am just not worried." Loru said still smiling, "I like you for you and not for what you are or have."

"Thank you... you don't know how much that means to me." Jax truly was relieved, having nearly everyone who found out freaking out and getting all *rageface* on him. "So, where are we headed?"

"In to the waterfall, there is crystals in there and they sparkle at this time of night." she said as she lead him to the hidden cave.

"Cool. I like sparklies." They had been under the tree cover, but as they neared the waterfall, a shaft of moonlight illuminated the duo. Jax looked up, and saw that the moon was full. He felt the change begin, and then he felt it end. He was now around 7 feet tall, covered in a dense coat of thick black fur, with strange red markings going up his body. He could feel the animal now, lurking in the back of his mind. It had long since been tamed, but it still resisted. He stretched; not having transformed for a while had left this form somewhat sore from misuse.

*Fur? oh no fur* she looked back, Jax was changing, "Shit man, you have bad timing." They made it to the area but the crystal were sparkling with the moons light.

"Hey now, I can't help it! Damn, now it'll take all night for me to go back!" He was still stretching, working out the kinks in his legs and back, in the process locating his tail. "Hm! I had forgotten about this!"

Loru giggled, "Are you going to eat me?" she said as a joke.
